We have experience in design, modeling and operation of various crushing and grinding circuits. We are experts in grinding SAG and Balls using our own methodology based on literature and audits for most grinding circuits available.
We created our Aminconm platform, which is based on the modeling and simulation of the comminution processes from crushers, HPGR, SAG, Balls, vertical mills and hydrocyclone batteries. We adapted the Morell / JK methodology for the HPGR models.
Dewatering and Filtering
We have extensive experience in the design and operation of traditional thickeners, high-capacity and paste thickeners, tailings dams, filters and slurry pumping/ transport systems.
We have built relationships with vendors, third-party consultants and other experienced subject matter experts to ensure that your dewatering and tailings impoundment facilities are optimized.
We are experts in the flotation of copper / molybdenum, we have designed xxx plants worldwide using our Aminfloat platform, which is constantly being developed and updating our models.
Aminfloat is based on the kinetics of mineral collection by fraction of size combined with a foam recovery model, the results have shown that we have a robust and reliable model that can generate recovery curves versus the law for a wide variety of minerals, and operating conditions.
Aminfloat has been validated by the JKMRC as a robust model.
We have developed the design of some copper leaching plants in Peru and Chile.
